This morning, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency apprehended in Zvornik OS (1951) from Fojnica and MM (1964) from Lupoglava due to grounded suspicion of having committed genocide in the area of Zvornik in July 1995.
By searching four locations used by the apprehended persons, the police officers found a certain quantity of military equipment and mine-explosive devices, and other items that will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office.
After criminal processing OS and MM together with the report on criminal offence committed under the Article 171 items a, b, c. and d. of the CC B&H (Genocide) and in conjunction with the criminal offence under the Article 180 paragraphs (1) and (2) (Individual criminal liability) as well as the Article 29 (Accomplices) will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, by whose orders they were deprived of liberty.
