Today, February 1st, 2010, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended a person with initials Z.A. in Sarajevo due to a grounded suspicion of having committed in Trusina, Konjice municipality on April 16th, 1993 the criminal offences set out in the Article 173, paragraph (1) items a) and b) of the CC B&H (War Crime against Civil Population) and Article 175, paragraph (1) item a) CC B&H (War Crime against War Prisoners) and in conjunction with the Article 180, paragraph (2) of the same law (Individual Criminal Liability).

After criminal processing at the SIPA premises, the arrested person will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, by whose orders the action was carried out, for further proceedings.
