Wishes of Young Citizens: To Become SIPA’s Special Support Unit Officer

As children, we daydream about what we would like to be when we grow up. Children’s imagination is endless when you ask them what they would like to become. To the official e-mail address of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) we receive e-mails from our young citizens who have already decided – they would want to be SIPA’s Special Support Unit officers.

We publish some of these e-mails.

Hello, I’m 16 years old, my name is XXXXXXX and I live in Konjic.
I have a question for you. When I turn 18, I wish to become a Special Support Unit member of SIPA. I wish to do so as soon as I finish secondary school. I’d like to know if I’d need some additional education to secondary school to become a member of SIPA (Special Support Unit member).

I’m a 14 year old boy and my big wish is to become a Special Support Unit member. I’m now in 8th grade of the elementary school in Velika Kladuša. I want to know more about what secondary school I should go to and what after that. Should I enrol into the Police Academy in Sarajevo? I must say that I would primarily want to become a Special Support Unit member of SIPA.

Dear Sir/Madam, I apologize if I bother you, but I wish to ask how to become a police official or a member of SIPA. I go to the elementary school of XXXXXX. I’m 14 years old and I wish to become the Special Support Unit police official. I play karate, basketball, volleyball and sometimes I go to the gym. I love sports. I participated in many school sports competitions. That’s why I have a question for you. I searched a lot on the internet and some people told me that first I needed to finish school for an ordinary police officer, etc. I would like you to explain how it all works. Thank you.
