War Crime Suspects Deprived of Liberty in Sarajevo

Today, 20.10.2011, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended BM (1952) and RA (1955) in Sarajevo due to grounded suspicion of having committed the war crime against civilians in the former Barracks Viktor Bubanj and Sarajevo Central Prison in 1992.
After criminal processing in SIPA premises, BM and RA together with the report on the offence committed under the Article 173, paragraph (1) items c), e) and f) and in connection with the Articles 29. and 180., paragraph (1) of the B&H Criminal Code, will be handed over to the Prosecutor's office of B&H by whose orders they were apprehended.
By the orders of the Court of B&H, the police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency searched the premises used by the arrested persons.
