SIPA

Today, 19.10.2011, Police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested a person RB (1953) in Istočna Ilidža due to grounded suspicion of having committed the war crime against civilians.

After criminal processing in SIPA premises, RB together with the report on the offence committed under the Article 173 paragraph (1) items c) and e) of the B&H Criminal Code, will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton, by whose orders he was apprehended.
