SIPA

On 4 September 2012, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officials apprehended M.P. (DOB 1965) and LJ.T. (DOB 1956) in the area of Višegrad, due to grounded suspicion of having committed crime against humanity in June 1992 in the area of Višegrad and Sokolac municipalities.

Upon criminal processing at SIPA’s premises, along with a report on the committed criminal offence set out in the Article 172 (Crimes against Humanity) Paragraph 1, Item h), in conjunction with Items a), e) and h) of the Criminal Code B&H and provisions of the Article 29 of the Criminal Code B&H (Accomplices), , M.P. and LJ.T will be handed over for further processing to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, upon whose order they were apprehended.
