Today, 16 July, 2013 - Christopher Milam, the US Government EXBS Regional Advisor for B&H, Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia, visited the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) and met the Director Goran Zubac. The visit was organised on the occasion of donation of specialist equipment to SIPA, which would contribute to development of the Agency's capacities. The donated high-value equipment included thermal infrared cameras, surveillance spotters, toughbooks, laser printers, etc. The Director Goran Zubac awarded Christopher Milam an embossed emblem of the State Investigation and Protection Agency and certificate of appreciation for a significant contribution to strengthening and developing the SIPA’ capacities. He also said that the SIPA would justify the trust placed in it by significant operations in the following period. In the discussion with the SIPA Director, Milam expressed the readiness of EXBS Programme to provide support and strengthen the SIPA capacities in the future.
