SIPA

Today, October 28th 2009, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) pursuant to the order of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H apprehended, J.D., Dž.M. and I.Z. for grounded suspicion of committing criminal offence set out in the article 171 of the CC B&H „Genocide“and in relation to the article 180 of the CC B&H „Individual Criminal Liability“.
Upon criminal processing at the premises of the SIPA, the persons deprived of freedom will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of B&H.

Pursuant to the orders of the B&H Court, search of housing and ancillary facilities used by the apprehended persons is ongoing. All possible documentation found in relation to the war period will be, along with the report on conducted search, submitted to the Court of B&H.
