In one of the actions carried out in Bijeljina, a person with the initials D.Z. was apprehended on a suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in the Article 172, Paragraph (1), Item h) of the Criminal Code BH (Crime against Humanity) during the past war. Upon criminal processing, the arrested individual will be handed over for further processing to a Preliminary Procedure Judge of the Court BH.

In the second action, SIPA’s police officials arrested two individuals with the initials Đ.V. and S.D. due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in the Article 172, Paragraph (1), Items h), a) and k) of the Criminal Code BH (Crime against Humanity) in conjunction with the Article 180, Paragraph (1) and Article 29 of the CC BH. Đ.V. and S.D. are suspected of having committed the war crime in the settlement of Čarakovo, Prijedor Municipality in 1992. Upon criminal processing, the arrested individuals will be taken to the detention premises of the Canton Sarajevo Ministry of Interior, and then handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office BH.
