Three Individuals Apprehended in Banja Luka

On May 11th, 2010 police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended three individuals in the area of Banja Luka due to a suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in the Article 250 CC B&H (Organised Crime), in conjunction with the Article 209 (Money Laundering) and 210 (Tax Evasion) of the same law.

With the aim of retrieving evidence that could point to the perpetration of the mentioned criminal offence, 25 facilities and vehicles have been searched so far.

All of the possibly retrieved documents, along with a report on the committed criminal offence, will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of B&H upon whose order the action is being carried out.
