Last night, 7/2/2014 – Acting by the orders of the Municipal Court in Zenica, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended three individuals due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 342 of CC FB&H “Organised Crime” and in conjunction with the criminal offence under Article 380 CC FB&H “Accepting Gifts and other Forms of Benefits”, “Abuse of Office or Official Authority” and the criminal offence under Article 33 of the CC FB&H “Accessory”.

The individuals with initials MM (1958), SS (1953) and ZM (1959) were deprived of liberty and after criminal processing in the SIPA premises, they will be handed over to Zenica-Doboj Canton Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings.

There were searches of residential facilities used by the suspects and facilities of Zenica Penal and Correctional Institute, which employed two apprehended individuals.

The activities in this case will be continued and the public will be duly informed about the outcomes.
