In an operation carried on in the early morning on 17 January 2013 in Goražde, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested four individuals on grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence of war crime against prisoners of war.

Upon criminal processing at SIPA’s premises, the arrested individuals, M.A. (DOB 1966), S.H. (DOB 1967), S.K. (DOB 1969) and O.U. (DOB 1968), will be handed over for further processing to the Prosecutor’s Office in Istočno Sarajevo, upon whose order the operation was carried out.
