Suspect for War crimes against Civilians Apprehended

On July 6th, 2011, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officials apprehended R.B. (DOB 1966) in Cazin, due to suspicion of committing war crimes against civilians.

Upon criminal processing at the SIPA premises, R.B., along with the report on the committed criminal offence set out in the Article 173, Paragraph (1), Item e) of the CC B&H (War Crimes against Civilians), was handed over for further processing to the Prosecutor's Office of B&H, upon whose order he was apprehended.
