SIPA

On February 2nd, 2011, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) police officials apprehended an individual with the initials S.B. (DOB 1969) in the area of Pale due to grounded suspicion of committing the offence of Crime against Humanity in Sarajevo’s settlement of Grbavica in 1992.

Upon criminal processing at the SIPA’s premises, S.B. along with a report on the committed criminal offence set out in the Article 172 Paragraph (1) Item h) of the CC B&H, will be handed over for further processing to the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H, upon whose order he was apprehended.
