S.P. Apprehended in Bijeljina

Today, July 13th 2010, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended a person with initials SP in Bijeljina due to a grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in the Article 173 of the CC B&H (War Crime against Civilians).

After the criminal processing at SIPA premises, SP will be handed over for further prosecution to the Prosecutor's Office of BIH, by whose orders he was deprived of freedom.
