Members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency Special Support Unit are Team Champions of the “Prvi Partizan Uzice KUP 2011” Sniper Championship held on Zlatibor, May 14-15th.

SIPA’s Special Support Unit Sniper Champions Nine Teams Competed for the Title

At this prestigious Championship, apart from SIPA's Special Support Unit, competitors were also the hosts from the “Prvi partizan” shooting club from Uzice, members of the Counter-Terrorist Unit and Special Anti-Terrorist Unit of the Republic of Serbia Ministry of Interior, members of the Republic of Serbia's Army 63rd Airborne Unit, as well as members of shooting clubs from Switzerland, Slovenia, Croatia and Montenegro.

“SIPA’s Special Support Unit team won the first place in the team competition as a result of the Unit’s Members’ strenuous and continuous trainings under the guidance of instructors trained within the Unit and leadership of elite instructors from around the world”, said Mirsad Vilic, the Unit’s Commander.
