Within the activities continued in the operation codenamed “CD”, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) are searching premises of the B&H Embassy in Paris, used by the suspect, an employee of the B&H Embassy, who was arrested by SIPA in Sarajevo yesterday. The individual is suspected of having committed the criminal offence of Abuse of Office or Official Authority, Accepting Gifts and other Forms of Benefits, Forging of Official Documents, Human Trafficking, etc.

The searches are being conducted upon orders of the Court B&H and Prosecutor’s Office B&H to discover and seize objects that may serve as evidence in further proceedings.

These activities are result of months-long activities of the joint investigation team consisted of SIPA investigators, representatives of Juvenile Protection Unit of Paris Police Prefecture, Prosecutor’s Office B&H and Prosecutor’s Office of France.

The Joint Investigation Team established in this case continues its activities to shed light on the criminal offences and document criminal activities of the suspects.
