This morning (5/1/2016), police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) started searches at five locations in the area of Bijeljina, Banja Luka and Doboj upon orders of the Court B&H and Prosecutor’s Office B&H. The activities were carried out to find and seize documentation and other items that may serve as evidence of perpetration of criminal offence under Article 209 Paragraph (3) of the CC B&H “Money Laundering”.

Searches of premises of Pavlović Bank in Bijeljina and branch offices in Banja Luka and Doboj as well as another two locations in Bijeljina are underway.

Following execution of the orders, SIPA will submit reports on the activities taken to the Court B&H and Prosecutor’s Office B&H
