SIPA Searching 11 Locations in Wide Area of B&H

Today (03/10/2016), police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) started the operation codenamed “Papirus” in the wide area of B&H. The activities are carried out upon orders of the Sarajevo Cantonal Court and Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office.

SIPA police officials are carrying out one of the most complex police operations in the fight against organised crime in our country. They are searching facilities in 11 locations while deprivation of large number of people is expected due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 342 of the CC FB&H ‘Organised Crime’, in conjunction with criminal offence under Article 373 of the CC FB&H ‘Forgery of a Document’ and Article 375 of the CC FB&H ‘Certification of Untrue Content’.
