SIPA Searches Several Locations for Unauthorised Storage of Goods

On 10 December 2013, acting upon orders by the Prosecutor’s Office BH and Court BH, members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), in cooperation with members of the Indirect Taxation Authority BH and with assistance from members of the Una-Sana Canton Ministry of Interior, started searches of buildings at several locations in Bihać and Bosanski Petrovac.

The searches are being carried out with the aim of detecting and seizing items that can be used as evidence in criminal proceedings and documenting and proving the criminal offence set out in the Article 210 b) of the Criminal Code BH “Unauthorised Storage of Goods” and other financial criminal offences.

The operation is under way and the public will be duly informed about the outcomes.
