Yesterday, 22/05/2014 – Acting by the orders of the Court B&H and Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), in cooperation with the Armed Forces of B&H searched three locations in Banja Luka and Prijedor.

The premises used by the individuals with initials MA, MS and SR were searched due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 246m of the CC BH „Theft of Arms or Military Equipment” from the military warehouse “Krčmarice“ Banja Luka.

A certain quantity of ammunition was seized during the searches and the individual with initials MA was questioned as suspect in the premises of SIPA.

In accordance with the instructions of the Prosecutor’s Office, SIPA continues further activities in this case to establish all important facts pertaining to this criminal offence.
