Early this morning (8/7/2015) – Police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) searched a residential building in Sarajevo, used by the individual identified by initials ŠT.

The search of the residential building and other premises, conducted upon orders of the Court B&H and Prosecutor’s Office B&H, resulted in a discovery and seizure of items that may serve as evidence in further proceedings. 

The individual with initials ŠT is suspected of having committed the criminal offence under Article 237 Paragraph (2) of the CC B&H “Breach of Secrecy of Proceedings” in a manner that she/he published materials from the proceedings pending before the Court B&H without authorisation.             

Upon completion of the activities, a report on the execution of the order and seized objects will be handed over to the Court B&H and Prosecutor’s Office B&H.
