Today (24/9/2014) - Acting upon orders of Bugojno Municipal Court, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) have raided facilities at three locations in the area of Bugojno due to grounds for suspicion of commission of the criminal offence under Article 373 of the CC FBH “Document Forging”. These activities are carried out in cooperation with police officials of the MoU of Central Bosnia Canton.

Within this operation, business and housing facilities as well as vehicles used by a suspect having initials EP (1963) have been raided to discover and seize items that may serve as evidence in further proceedings.

Following completion of these activities, SIPA will promptly submit a report on the execution of orders to Bugojno Municipal Court and Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office in Travnik along with the collected evidence. During the past period, a report on the perpetrated criminal offence and perpetrator was submitted against EP.
