SIPA Questioned Four illegal Migrants as Witnesses

21/12/2013 - Police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) questioned four Syrian illegal migrants as witnesses who were found in Bihać the same day. A truck driver in whose vehicle the migrants illegally crossed the border and entered B&H was also questioned as witness.These activities were carried out in coordination with Una-Sana Canton MoI and Service for Foreigners Affairs.

The illegal migrants were placed in the Centre for Illegal Migrants of the Service for Foreigners Affairs.
In order to determine all relevant facts and document criminal offence under the Article 189 of CC B&H "Smuggling of People", SIPA will continue the activities in this case in coordination with the Prosecutor’s office of B&H.
