This morning (26/9/2016), police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) searched four locations and apprehended two individuals in the area of Novi Grad while one individual was apprehended in the area of Sarajevo. The activities were carried out upon the orders of the

The apprehended individuals are suspected of having committed the criminal offence under Article 250 of the CC B&H ‘Organised Crime’ in conjunction with the criminal offence under Article 195 of the CC B&H “Unauthorised Trafficking in Narcotics”.

In the course of the investigation, SIPA police officials found and sized a certain quantity of narcotics, ammunition, mobile phones as well as other items that will be used as evidence in further proceedings.

Following criminal processing on the premises of SIPA, the apprehended individuals will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H for further proceedings.
