Regarding a number of media enquiries relating to the following subject, we inform you that in the previous period, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), in cooperation with partner agencies at the state and international level, has been taking operative measures and actions, with the aim of locating the individual for whom a red notice in relation to terrorism was issued, at the request of Interpol Washington (U.S. National Central Bureau). Through efficient cooperation and timely information exchange, the mentioned individual was located, apprehended and brought to the official premises of SIPA for criminal processing, after which he was, together with the supporting documentation, handed over to the Court of B&H for further proceedings. During the realization of the above-mentioned activities, a successful cooperation with the Intelligence-Security Agency of B&H, Service for Foreigner's Affairs and Federal Investigation Bureau (FBI) has been achieved.
