After years of successful participation in the races organised by the "Marathon Sarajevo" Association, members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) were pleased to respond again this year to the invitation of the organisers, and on Sunday 15/9/2013 ran the 21 kilometre long 7th Sarajevo half marathon.
In this year race to mark the ‘International Car Free Day’, five SIPA members achieved remarkable results by running the route for less than two hours.

The Sarajevo half marathon is the most massive international sports event in Bosnia and Herzegovina since it had over 1000 participants from 25 countries this year.

By running the half marathon, SIPA members contributed to raising awareness of an environmental aspect and building a healthy environment for all citizens and will continue to participate in this and similar events.
