Today (4/6/20149 – Acting by the orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested an individual in Busovača Municipality.

The individual with initials JR (1967) was deprived of liberty due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 173 of the CC B&H „War Crime against Civilians” against Bosniak victims in the area of Busovača Municipality during 1993.

The arrested individual was brought to the premises of the State Investigation and Protection Agency for criminal processing after which he will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings.
