Acting by the orders of the Court of B&H and Prosecutor’s Office of B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) are searching nine locations in the area of Una-Sana Canton.

They are searching residential facilities and business premises used by four individuals with initials JŠ, SŠ, ZK and FH, for the purpose of finding a documentation that can serve for identification and detection of perpetrators of the criminal offence set out in the Article 173 of the CC B&H “War Crime against Civilians”.

Certain documents originating from the period 1995-1996 has been found and seized so far during the search, which will be submitted to the Court of B&H for further procedure and acting prosecutor of the B&H Prosecutor’s Office for information.
