SIPA Interrogated Zoran Mikulić, Minister of Justice of FBH, as Suspect

On 28 October 2013, acting upon orders from the Prosecutor’s Office BH, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), in the framework of the “Lutka” case, interrogated Mr Zoran Mikuć, Minister of Justice FBH, as a suspect, due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in the Article 241 of the CC BH “Obstruction of Justice” and criminal offence set out in the Article 220 of the CC BH “Abuse of Office or Official Authority”.

The suspect was invited for interrogation on an illicit transfer of a protected witness in a complex case of organised crime from one correctional facility to another, in which the witness should not have been placed because of the threat to his safety and life.

In the continuation of the work in this case, the members of SIPA interrogated another person, bearing initials K.K. as a suspect today and other two individuals were questioned as witnesses. The questioned individuals are the officials of the Sarajevo Correctional Facility.

SIPA continues the work in this case with the aim of solving the mentioned criminal offences, whereupon the entire case, along with the amended report on the committed criminal offence and perpetrators, will be submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office BH.
