Activities of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) in fighting arms smuggling will be presented in a German documentary on fighting arms smuggling, made by “Diwafilm” Production Company.

In the documentary, Klaus-Dieter Tietz, Director of the German Police, among other things, says that SIPA is the leading police agency in BH, having competence over the territory of the entire state, and Investigator from SIPA talks about arms trafficking, smuggling routes and organisation of criminal groups.

Scenes for this documentary were shot in December 2013 at the official premises of SIPA headquarters and at Pašino Brdo location in Sarajevo. The SIPA Special Support Unit demonstrated a drill on special operations tactics for the documentary. Photo and video material from actual operations by SIPA was used in the film.

The purpose of the documentary on fighting arms smuggling is to present successful operations and all activities of the law enforcement agencies in BH and Germany against this type of crime.
