SIPA Deprived Three Individuals of Liberty for War Crime

Today (15/2/2016), acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) deprived the individuals identified by initials DM (1967), RM (1972) and MG (1958) of liberty for war crime in the area of Prijedor.

These individuals were deprived of liberty due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 172 of the CC B&H “Crimes against Humanity” in conjunction with Articles 180 and 29 of the CC B&H in the prison camp “Manjača” during August 1992.

Following criminal processing, the arrested individuals will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings.
