SIPA

This morning (4/1/2016), acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation (SIPA) deprived three individuals of liberty for war crime in the area of Tuzla.

The individuals identified by initials SS (1967), AS (1967) and IA (1960) were deprived of liberty due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 142 Paragraph (1) of the CC SFRY “War Crime against Civilians” in the area of Srebrenica during 1992.

Following criminal processing on SIPA premises, the apprehended individuals will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H for further proceedings.
