SIPA Deprived Ten Individuals of Liberty for War Crime

This morning (31/10/2016), police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), acting on the orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, deprived ten individuals of liberty in the area of Orašje.

The individuals were deprived of liberty due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence against humanity and war crime against prisoners of war in the area of Orašje in the period May 1992 – July 1993.

Following criminal processing on the premises of SIPA, the individuals were handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H for further proceedings.
