SIPA Deprived Six Individuals of Liberty for War Crime

This morning (21/4/2015) – Acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) deprived six individuals of liberty for war crime in the area of Bužim and Bosanska Krupa.

The individuals identified by initials ZN (1963), EK (1966), HM (1954), SS (1967), NB (1975) and SI (1971) were deprived of liberty due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article  173 of the CC B&H “War Crime against Civilians” and the criminal offence under Article 175 of the CC B&H “War Crime against War Prisoners” in the area of Bužim Municipality during 1994 and 1995 and in conjunction with Article 180 of the CC B&H “Individual and Command Responsibility”.

Following criminal processing in SIPA premises, the apprehended individuals will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings.
