Yesterday evening (16/12/2015), as part of the continuation of the execution of the B&H Prosecutor’s Office order, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) in cooperation with members of the Border Police deprived one individual of liberty for war crime at the border crossing “Gradiška”.

The individual identified by initials RD (1958) was deprived of liberty due to grounded suspicion of having committed he criminal offence under Article 173 Paragraph (1) of the CC B&H “War Crime against Civilians”.

Following criminal processing at SIPA premises, the apprehended individual was handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H for further proceedings.
