SIPA

Yesterday (27.3.2016), acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) deprived the individual, identified by initials MO (1974), of liberty in the area of Sarajevo due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 240 Paragraph (1) of the CC B&H “Revealing Identity of a Protected Witness”.

After criminal processing on the premises of SIPA, the arrested individual was handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H for further proceedings.
