SIPA Deprived One Individual of Liberty for Obstruction of Justice

Acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) deprived one individual of liberty in the area of Srebrenica Municipality today due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 241 of the CC B&H ‘Obstruction of Justice’.

The arrested individual will be brought to SIPA premises for criminal processing, after which their further status will be decided upon the instructions of the acting prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H.
