Last night (10/8/2015) – Acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended one individual for war crime in Orašje.

The individual identified by initials MB (1967) was deprived of liberty due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 173 Paragraph (1) of the CC BH “War Crime against Civilians” in the area of Orašje Municipality during 1992.

Today (11/8/2015), the apprehended individual will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H for further proceedings.
