SIPA Deprived Five Individuals of Liberty for War Crime

This morning (10/12/2015), acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) deprived five individuals of liberty in Bosanski Novi for war crime.

The individuals identified by initials BLJ (1962), BR (1959), KR (1968), OM (1960) and BM (1963), were deprived of liberty due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 172 of the CC B&H “War Crime against Humanity”.

Acting upon orders of the Court B&H, SIPA investigators searched facilities used by the suspects with the aim of detecting, finding and seizing items that may serve as evidence in further proceedings.

Following criminal processing in SIPA premises, the apprehended individuals will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H for further proceedings.
