As a follow up of the activities within the case codenamed 'Brava', members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) apprehended two individuals due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under the Article 238 Paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code of FB&H „Unauthorised Production and Sale of Narcotic Drugs“. The individuals apprehended in the yesterday's operation were brought to the premises of SIPA Tuzla Regional Office for criminal and technical processing after which they would be handed over to Tuzla Canton Prosecutor's Office for further proceedings. In searches of locations in Lukavac Municipality, the SIPA members found yesterday about half a kilo of a substance resembling heroin. The individuals apprehended in the ‘Brava’ Operation were brought into connection with 2 kg of heroin seized previously by the members of Tuzla Canton Ministry of Interior. The activities in this case will be continued and the public will be duly informed about the outcomes.
