15.6.2012 – Director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) Goran Zubac, issued a Decision on termination of employment for the Chief Inspector of the Agency ML because of completion of 40 years of service, which shall enter into force on 30.6.2012.
Moreover, on 14.6.2012, the State Investigation and Protection Agency submitted a report to the B&H Prosecutor's Office due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under the Article 220 of the B&H CC (Abuse of Office or Powers).
