Today (27/11/2014) – Further to the activities on investigation of war crimes in the area of Prijedor, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested an individual with initials ZA (1957) in Prijedor. The arrest was carried out upon the orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H).

The individual with initials ZA was deprived of liberty due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 172 of the CC B&H “War Crime against Humanity” in the area of Prijedor and in conjunction with the criminal offence under Article 180 of the CC B&H „Individual and Command Responsibility” and Article 29 of the CC B&H „Co-perpetration”.

Following criminal processing in the SIPA premises, the arrested individual will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings.
