SIPA

Yesterday, as a follow-up of the activities under the operation codenamed “Damask”, police officials of the Police Station Velika Kladuša detained two individuals identified by initials NŠ and MĆ until the arrival of the members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), who took them over for further processing.

One individual was interrogated as a suspect in the SIPA premises while another was criminally processed and also interrogated as a suspect. A report will be filed to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H against the suspects due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 162b Paragraph (3) of the CC BH (Illegal Formation and Joining of Foreign Paramilitary or Para-police Formations).

These activities were carried out in cooperation with police officials of the MoIs of Una-Sana Canton and Sarajevo Canton and under the supervision of the acting prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H.
