Today (15/10/2014) - Acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested individuals with initials ZA (1968) and ZV (1963) in Livno due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 173 Paragraph (1) of the CC B&H “War Crimes against Civilians” in the area of Livno.

Pursuant to the order of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency also arrested the individual with initials ID (1955) in Mostar due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 173 Paragraph (1) of the CC B&H “ War Crimes against Civilians” in the area of Mostar.

Following criminal processing in SIPA premises, the arrested individuals will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office for further proceedings.
