SIPA

On 20 April 2014, acting upon orders by the Prosecutor’s Office BH, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested three individuals in Odžak.

The individuals M.B., P.G. and I.G. were arrested due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in Article 173, Paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code BH “War Crimes against Civilians” against victims of Serbian ethnicity in Odžak in 1992.

Upon criminal processing at the official premises of SIPA, the arrested individuals were handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office BH for further procedure.
