SIPA

This morning (18/12/2014) – Acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested the individual with initials PM (1968) in Vlasenica area for grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 173 Paragraph (1) of the CC BH “War Crime against Civilians” in Caparde, Osmaci Municipality, during 1992.

Acting upon orders of the Una-Sana Canton Prosecutor’s Office, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency also arrested two individuals with initials (PG (1971) and GS (1965) in the area of Prijedor due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 142 Paragraph (1) of the CC SFRY “War Crime against Civilians” in the area of Ključ Municipality during 1992.

Following criminal processing in the premises of SIPA, the arrested individuals will be handed over to the competent Prosecutor’s Offices for further proceedings.
