Today (30/09/2014) - Acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested an individual with initials SS (1963) in the area of Bijeljina.

SS was deprived of liberty due to grounds for suspicion of having committed the criminal offence set out in Article 173 of the CC B&H “War Crimes against Civilians” in the area of Vogošća Municipality during 1993.

Following criminal processing at the SIPA premises, SS will be handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H for further proceedings.
