This morning (24/12/2014) - Acting upon orders of the Prosecutor’s Office B&H, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested the individual identified by initials RM (1954) in the area of Srebrenica.

The individual identified by initials RM was deprived of liberty due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence under Article 173 of the CC B&H “War Crime against Civilians” in the area of Srebrenica Municipality during 1992.

Following criminal processing in the SIPA premises, the arrested individual was handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office B&H for further proceedings.
