On 15 November 2013, acting by the orders of Una-Sana Canton Prosecutor's Office, police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency arrested one individual with initials DS (1961) in the area of Banja Luka.

DS was apprehended due to grounded suspicion of having committed the criminal offence „War Crime against Civilians“set out in the Article 142 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of SFRY. Following criminal processing in the premises of the State

Investigation and protection Agency (SIPA), the arrested individual was handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of Una-Sana Canton for further proceedings.
